Mommy Guilt

The guilt can be horrible You tell yourself you’re failing your children almost every moment.

It could be because you forgot to buy squash or didn’t do the dishes today little can make you feel like a huge failor. It makes your depression or anxiety worse, then you find it hard to take them to the park or to make it to big game, and you self-confirm that you have failed as a parent. But, your child/children are also the greatest healers. A smile and a hug from them can ease the pain. I found that if you do something with them (big or small) whether each day or once a week. then you could feel so much better. Your children are motivators. They are a reason to keep fighting and getting up even when you don't think you can. Your children don't care if mommy doesn't play outside with them all the time, lets them watch too much tv because she can't form her thoughts or even have a complete schedule for everything. All they care about is you and that you love them this makes you enough no matter what.
