Being a single mom

This post is for my single moms who read my blogs. Being a single mom is so difficult. I am a single mom myself and I know first hand how hard it is. Trying to balance your whole life on your own is a scary thing for anyone and then you are responsible for another smaller younger human being as well. Sometimes you feel lonely, sometimes you feel like it's not fair. Whether this is by choice or the father of your child decided to be absent. It is unfair to be doing this alone. Whatever the situation is life throws curves that are just for you. Everything you do with your child is learning experience. Having a teenager I bet sometimes you wish there was a dad you can talk to or help with display etc, and so forth. What you must realize is that as long as you try your best, I promise you are enough. They might say mean things little and big. Like I hate you, you're the worst mom/mommy in the whole world, I can't wait to move out and get away from you. And these things are ok to hear though not ok for them to say. You are the best mom they could ever have for 1 you love them even when they say such horrible things, for 2 they are still breathing and taken care of, also you are doing your best to be the best mom you can be therefore you are the best mom you can be. YOU ARE ENOUGH. I cannot stress that enough to all my moms once you know that everything becomes so much easier even though you're still working hard you'll feel better about it.
